COVID-19 Coronavirus Update

Covid-19

We are asking all clients who visit us to wash their hands as soon as they enter the salon before checking in.

At The Courtyard, we pride ourselves on our hygiene and infection control, including separating contaminated and general waste. Which is collected and disposed of by Rentokil Initial who are specialists in this field. We have now implemented further steps in line with government guidelines to reduce the risk of infection to both staff and clients.

The Courtyard will remain open as usual, until such times as government guidelines prevent us from doing so or if there is a risk to public health.

We are asking all clients who are experiencing symptoms such as high temperature, a new cough or sore throat to reschedule their appointment; this is to protect our staff and other clients. Clients in the “at risk” category are recommended to cancel or reschedule at this time. Although we understand that it isn’t always possible, please try and give as much notice as you can so that we can arrange our diaries accordingly.

As we are a small independent business, we rely on our clients attending their appointments for our income and to pay salaries. Therefore if you are not in the “at risk” category, if you are not self isolating and you aren’t experiencing any symptoms please do continue to attend your appointments.

In a bid to reduce traffic through the salon during social distancing, we are asking clients to call us on 01256 363417 to purchase gift cards. These can then be sent out in the post. Any Gift Cards still in date as of 17th March 2020 will be extended by an additional 3 months. This will be under constant review should circumstances worsen.

If you have any concerns please call 01256 363417.
