Semi-Permanent Make-Up
About Sophie de Caen
My focus is on building confidence and self-esteem to each one of my clients. Every one of my clients has a unique story and reason as to why they want semi permanent make up. Whether you are a busy mum who wants to save time in the mornings, an exercise fanatic who doesn’t want their brows to smudge, a victim of the 90’s over plucking craze or have lost hair due to illness. I am passionate about the treatments I provide and want you to receive a 5-star service that will leave you feeling comfortable and confident in yourself.
I pride myself on providing individualised, superior cosmetic services using only state-of-the-art technologies. I use Permablend and BE. pigments which allow me to create bespoke colours that are unique to the individual. I have been trained by Naomi O’hara one of the leading trainers in the country for Semi-Permanent Cosmetics and I am qualified to VTCT level 4. I am fully insured and I have been vetted and licensed to carry out these treatments by Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council.
I believe in striving to provide the best possible treatments which is why I attend regular training courses. These have included Correction and Removal for Semi-Permanent Make-Up, Advanced Eyebrows, Advanced Eyeliner and Advanced Lips. I am also trained to offer medical tattooing, which covers areola and nipple tattooing as well as scalp micro pigmentation and have completed courses in scar relaxation and camouflage. The different techniques learnt on these courses enable me to provide an individualised service.
What truly distinguishes me is my unwavering commitment to my clients throughout the entire treatment process.
Semi-Permanent Eyebrows - £300
This service is proven to provide remarkable results, no matter how short, fair or sparse your natural brows are. Semi-Permanent Make-Up creates natural looking, fuller eyebrows that will provide more definition, symmetry and elevation to your face. Time is saved never having to pencil your brows in again. Once the procedure is complete you can swim, play sports or go about your day-to-day life without the worry of losing your brows. Choose between a soft textured look or hair simulation.
The Process
Once you have decided to have semi-permanent brows, you will need to book in for a patch test at The Courtyard. This needs to be carried out a minimum of 48 hours prior to your initial treatment. On the day of the procedure we will discuss together how you would like your eyebrows to look, whether this is a natural or more defined finish. A numbing cream will be applied and you will be asked to complete a consultation form. Your medical history will be discussed and your skin type analysed to ascertain which method would be suitable for you. I will draw on a template and mix a bespoke colour to suit your skin, eye and hair colour. Once you are completely happy I will proceed with the treatment.
Once the procedure has been completed you will be given aftercare advice and your top-up treatment will be booked for 4-6 weeks later.
Please allow approximately 2 hours for this treatment.
Semi-Permanent Eyeliner - from £250
Semi-Permanent Eyeliner emphasises shape and eye colour, as well as making your eyelashes look fuller. There are several different eyeliner looks that can be achieved. The style of eyeliner is unique to each individual person, whether you want the line to be subtle or thicker and more prominent. From a soft brown to a rich black or even a purple or blue, the choice of colour is up to you. You may want to emphasise your eyes without having an obvious line, in these instances a lash enhancement line can be placed in your lash line to give more definition and fullness to your lashes. Semi-permanent eyeliner is perfect for those with sensitive skin or have allergies to make up or those who swim or play sports.
